Guests in Public Mode cannot access church setlists, private songs, dual Bible versions, custom slides, OBS lower-third overlays, mobile remote, or stage sync

Sanctuary projection computers and OBS streaming rigs only need to load the read-only output URLs in their browsers—no login credentials required on the media hardware.

A distraction-free, 3-column operator console designed for fast, error-free Sunday worship execution.

Setlists & Library Drawer

Browse your active service schedule in order. Switch between Songs (Sunday setlist & spontaneous all-song church search), Slides (announcements, confessions, custom benediction farewell screens), and Scripture (Holy Bible verses).

Tip: Click any song or slide in the drawer to immediately project Slide #1 on screen.

Column 2: Center Deck

Slide Deck & Section Jumps

Visual thumbnail grid showing every slide in the song. Jump directly to any section using colored badges: Verse 1, Chorus, Bridge, or Tag. Click Customize 2-Lines to fine-tune line splits and stanzas for setlist songs, impromptu library songs, or custom slides with instant updates.

The active slide is highlighted with an emerald glow and broadcast to all output screens instantly.

Monitors & Screen Actions

Live preview monitors showing current output on the sanctuary projector and the upcoming next slide. Includes quick launch tiles for Open Display, Stage Sync, Remote PIN, and OBS Lower Third.

3. Permanent Church OBS Studio Lower-Third Setup

Add transparent, zero-lag animated lower-third lyrics & scriptures over your live YouTube or Facebook stream.

Step-by-Step OBS Browser Source Setup:

In OBS Studio, navigate to the Sources panel and click + (Add Source).
Select Browser Source and name it "Ruah Hope Center - Church Lower-Third".
In the properties window, paste your church's Permanent OBS Stream URL shown on the right.
Set Width to 1920 and Height to 1080.
Check "Shutdown source when not visible" for optimal GPU performance.
Click OK. The transparent lower-third overlay will sit cleanly above your church video switcher feed.

Where to find your key: Open the Presenter Console, or go to Church Administration. Church Managers can copy the permanent link with 1 click.

Key Security: Treat your OBS Stream Key like a private password. If a link is accidentally disclosed, Church Managers and Super Admins can click "Regenerate OBS Token" in Church Settings.

Auto-Synchronized Broadcast:

Whenever slides advance or Bible scriptures are pushed live from the Presenter Console, the lower-third updates in real time with smooth CSS slide transitions.

4. Dual-Monitor Sanctuary Projector & Custom Farewell Screen

How to configure your church projection computer for clean, borderless display and benediction slides.

1Extend Desktop in OS

Connect HDMI or DisplayPort to your sanctuary projector. On Windows, press Win + P and choose Extend. On macOS, visit System Settings > Displays and disable "Mirror Displays".

2Launch Display Window

In the Presenter Console, click Open Display or navigate to /presenter/display in a separate browser window and drag it onto the projector desktop.

3Edge-to-Edge Fullscreen

Press F11 on Windows or Cmd + Ctrl + F on Mac. Browser chrome vanishes, leaving pure, edge-to-edge worship lyrics.

★ Custom Farewell Benediction

Automatic Service Benediction Screen

When worship concludes or before the final prayer, click "Farewell Screen" in the Custom Slides drawer. The sanctuary display automatically projects your church's custom benediction (e.g., Numbers 6:24-26) with beautiful typography.

★ Tanglish Romanized Subtitles

Dual-Line Tamil & Tanglish Slide Alignment

When Tanglish lyrics are enabled, each Tamil slide line displays its romanized Tanglish translation directly beneath it. Presenter intelligent auto-scaling ensures 2 lines plus subtitles fit sanctuary screens and OBS lower-thirds smoothly. Toggle on/off at any time via Settings > Show Tanglish Lyrics Subtitles.

5. Band Stage Sync & Mobile Touch Remote Control

Keep the band synchronized and step away from the AV desk with touch remote control.

Live Stage Sync Linking & Booth Intercom

The Presenter Console features a built-in Stage Sync connector with 1-click broadcast discovery. Click the Stage Sync popover to automatically scan for ongoing live stage broadcasts in your church and connect instantly with one click—or enter a 6-digit PIN manually.

Once linked, the console follows the worship leader's song transitions in real time and automatically activates the floating Stage Chat intercom.

AV booth operators can send notes, monitor live alerts (such as "No Audio to Live" or "Next Song"), and fire one-tap worship cues directly to the band's tablets without leaving the console.

Header Quick Controls Modal: Tap the Quick Controls icon in the header on phone or tablet to instantly toggle Start/Stop Presentation, Blackout, Clear, Logo, and Farewell from any tab without losing your place.
Responsive Header & More Options: On mobile phones, Change PIN and Exit actions are cleanly organized under the three-dot more menu in the header.
Remote & Overrides: Quick Blackout, Clear, Logo, and Farewell screen toggles with live status preview.
Color-Matched Slides: Harmonized section badges with distinguishable shades for sequential verses.
