1. The Church-Scoped "Active Service" System

Keep musicians and AV operators focused on the right service without confusing multiple service drafts.

In multi-service and multi-campus churches, musicians often ask which setlist is current. Our platform features an intelligent, church-scoped Active Service system:

Prominent Home Spotlight

Whenever a Worship Leader marks a service as "Active", it automatically appears as a live pulsing banner on the homepage for all church members. Any band member who opens the app is immediately one tap away from the live set.

Automatic Church Scoping

When accessing the Presenter Console or services list, the system automatically detects your congregation and prioritizes your church's active service—preventing accidental cross-church service mixing.

2. What is Included in Every Worship Setlist

Everything your band, vocalists, and media crew need in one unified schedule.

Target Key & Harmonic Flow

Set specific target keys with real-time harmonic transition analysis (+/- semitone progression ribbons) so your set flows smoothly between songs.

Custom Slides & Liturgy

Incorporate announcement slides, pastoral prayers, confession liturgy, and benediction farewell screens directly alongside worship songs.

Rehearsal Video Streams

Attach YouTube reference links with collapsible preview player directly on the service so musicians can rehearse intros, tempos, and arrangement dynamics.

Print PDF & 1-Click Clone

Duplicate past services with 1-click Setlist Cloning, export high-resolution PDF chord sheets, or share instant WhatsApp invitation links with your band.

3. For Worship Leaders: Building a Sunday Setlist

Step-by-step service planning workflow from rehearsal to Sunday morning.

Worship Leader / Admin Only

Step-by-Step Setlist Creation Workflow

1. Create the Service: Head to Worship Services and click + Create Service. Enter the date, service name (e.g. "Sunday Morning Praise - Oct 12"), and service start time.

2. Add Songs & Custom Slides: Add songs directly from within the service or from any song's detail page using the Add to Setlist button (featuring debounced service search and active service pre-selection). If a song is in the public library, you can also duplicate it or assign it immediately to your church's services. Add announcements or benediction slides from your Custom Slides library to match your church's liturgy.

3. Configure Key & Transpose: Set the transpose semitones or select target keys. You can also map a keyboard rhythm style category for keyboardists (or toggle keyboard styles off entirely in Church Administration if your worship team uses a live band).

4. Activate the Service: Toggle the Active Service switch on Sunday morning to broadcast the service to the homepage and load it by default in the Presenter Console.
